Intrpin provides real-time location-based discovery, spatial interaction, and spatial sponsorship features. The Service enables users to discover local markers, participate in location-based events, and engage with dynamic map content.

3. Location Services and Accuracy

Certain core features of Intrpin require device location services to function. Location accuracy depends on your device hardware, network connectivity, and external positioning systems. Intrpin makes no guarantee regarding real-time spatial positioning precision.

4. User Conduct and Content

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You agree not to submit false spatial information, engage in harassment, attempt to bypass access controls, or post unlawful content. Intrpin reserves the right to terminate accounts violating community standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intrpin LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
